Role Summary
Job Title: Student Success Consultant (Experience Centre)
Location: On-Site (Office-based)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: 6-day working || 10:30AM – 7:00PM

The Role
We are seeking passionate and dynamic individuals to serve as student-first mentors at our
Experience Centre. As the primary point of contact, you will guide students through their study
abroad journey—from shortlisting the right-fit courses to ensuring a seamless enrollment
process. You will be responsible for fostering trust and delivering an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
Ownership of Student Journey: Manage a portfolio of students, including onboarding,
detailed counseling, and regular follow-ups to ensure success.
Expert Guidance: Build a deep understanding of university admissions, intake cycles,
and eligibility requirements (including exams like $GRE$, $GMAT$, $IELTS$, and
$TOEFL$).
Relationship Management: Establish trusted relationships with students as their
dedicated coach for all admission-related guidance.
Application Tracking: Regularly review student application progress to identify and
resolve bottlenecks.
Post-Offer Coordination: Collaborate with the Visa team and international offices to
ensure timely outcomes after an offer is received.
Sales Strategy Execution: Implement effective sales strategies and consistently meet
target enrollment numbers during intake cycles.
What You Bring
Education: Graduate degree in Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience (Experience in Ed-Tech is a major plus).
Skills: * Strong B2C sales and negotiation skills with a student-first mindset.
o Exceptional research and multitasking abilities.
o Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to persuade and guide
effectively.
o Strong project management skills under tight deadlines.
