Job Summary

The Production Associate is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations, maintaining production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and following safety and company standards to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities



Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.



Perform assembly, packing, sorting, and material handling tasks as required.



Maintain production workflow by following standard operating procedures (SOPs).



Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet set specifications.



Identify and report machine faults or quality issues to the supervisor.



Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with safety guidelines.



Assist in inventory management and raw material movement.



Record production data in logs or systems accurately.



Support team in achieving daily and monthly production targets.



Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to improve productivity.

Qualifications / Requirements



10th / 12th / Diploma / ITI / Any Graduate (as per company requirement)



Freshers or 1–3 years of experience in a factory/production environment preferred



Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and workplace safety



Ability to work in shifts and perform physical tasks



Good communication and teamwork skills
