As a Cluster Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve sales targets, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong customer relationships.
• Work with management team to establish and execute goals for the city.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets
• Onboard e-rickshaw drivers on Lease to own & rental model for Batterypool.
• Actively address any concerns arising from e-rickshaw drivers
• Work with the operations and product teams to relay customer feedback from ground deployments
• Analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and creating effective sales plans.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to enhance their performance and achieve individual and team goals.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for upper management, tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
• Manage vendorChannel Partner relationships and Channel Partner onboarding.
