Job Description :Telecalling Executive

1. Explain technical product or service information to customers. 2. Answer Customer Questions about Goods or Services. 3. Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers. 4. Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted. 5. Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements 6. Identify and escalate issues to supervisors 7. Resolve customer complaints 8. Place customer orders in the computer system 9. Cold calling for sales from online enquiries 10. Business Development through generated and prescribed database. 11. Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through online market 12. Contacting and following up with new Customers and setting up new business opportunities. 13. Identify Customer's Needs and Convince the Customer to Buy the Product/Service 14. Gain Comprehensive Product/Service Knowledge and Clarify Information Wherever Required 15. Follow up with one time customers for regular orders 16. Explain technical product or service information to customers 17. Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers 18. Candidate is responsible to answer the online calls, prepare quotations and follow up customers and online closure. 19. Preferably from Media, credit cards, insurance, banking and FMCG sector.
