Job Description

Job Summary:

The Production Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with different departments, and achieving production targets within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute daily production operations to meet targets.

* Coordinate with supervisors, operators, and quality teams for smooth functioning.

* Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.

* Ensure compliance with company standards, safety rules, and quality guidelines.

* Maintain daily production reports and update management regularly.

* Manage inventory of raw materials and coordinate with the purchase department.

* Troubleshoot production issues and ensure minimum downtime.

* Train and guide production staff as required.

* Oversee machine performance and coordinate maintenance when needed.

* Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per schedule.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

* 1–3 years of experience in production/operations.

* Strong communication and team-handling skills.

* Knowledge of production planning and quality standards.

* Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

* Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP preferred).
