Job Title: Bike Rider / Delivery Executive Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and punctual Bike Rider/Delivery Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for picking up and delivering items to customers in a safe and timely manner while ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Pick up and deliver parcels, food items, or documents as assigned. - Ensure timely and accurate deliveries within the designated area. - Maintain delivery records and update order status in apps or logs. - Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines at all times. - Handle products carefully to avoid damage during transit. - Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Requirements: - Valid two-wheeler driving license. - Own bike with proper documentation (RC, Insurance, PUC). - Good knowledge of local routes and navigation apps (Google Maps). - Must be punctual, honest, and disciplined. - Ability to lift moderate-weight packages. - Smartphone required for order management. Work Schedule: - Flexible shifts / Full-time / Part-time options available.
