Job Title: Visual Designer

About the Role

Ruloans is looking for a talented and creative Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual designs across multiple mediums, including digital and print. You’ll use your strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout to create impactful visuals that align with our brand and business objectives.

This role requires close collaboration with the marketing and digital teams, and at times, direct interaction with the CEO to translate ideas into compelling visual concepts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop creative concepts and execute high-quality visual designs for various digital and print platforms.
2. Collaborate with the CEO to bring specific design ideas and creative directions to life.
3. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across all materials.
4. Work collaboratively with the marketing and digital teams to ensure designs align with overall business goals and campaigns.
5. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Your Profile

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in design, branding, or related creative fields.
2. Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and art direction.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
6. A keen eye for detail and passion for delivering visually engaging work
