Job Summary

We are hiring a Call Centre Manager to manage end-to-end lead handling and call centre operations for our E-Rickshaw and Golf Cart business. The role includes managing CRM, inbound/outbound calls, digital leads, and a team of telecallers handling dealer and customer interactions.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end lead management from CRM, IndiaMART, social media, and website
  2. Oversee inbound & outbound calls for dealers and customers
  3. Lead and monitor a team of telecallers
  4. Ensure timely lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversions
  5. Maintain CRM accuracy, reports, and call performance data
  6. Coordinate with sales and field teams for lead closure
  7. Develop call scripts, SOPs, and sales support processes
  8. Handle customer escalations and ensure high service standards
