Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ERP – Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials. The role focuses on implementing, configuring, and supporting finance modules with a strong emphasis on tax compliance, general ledger, accounts receivable, and lease management, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules including GL, AR, Tax, and Lease Management
2. Analyze business requirements and provide effective functional solutions
3. Configure ledgers, chart of accounts, calendars, currencies, and accounting rules
4. Manage tax setups, compliance, and statutory reporting (India GST preferred)
5. Handle AR processes: billing, receipts, adjustments, and reconciliations
6. Support lease accounting as per IFRS 16 / ASC 842
7. Assist in period-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
8. Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations
9. Support UAT, data migration, user training, and post–go-live activities

Required Skills & Experience

1. 6+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant
2. Strong hands-on expertise in GL, AR, Tax, and Lease Management
3. Good understanding of accounting principles, controls, and compliance
4. Experience with India GST and statutory requirements
5. Exposure to ERP implementations and support projects
6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

1. Oracle Fusion Financials certification
2. Consulting background or large enterprise implementation experience
3. Immediate or short notice availability
