Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ERP โ Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials. The role focuses on implementing, configuring, and supporting finance modules with a strong emphasis on tax compliance, general ledger, accounts receivable, and lease management, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules including GL, AR, Tax, and Lease Management
- Analyze business requirements and provide effective functional solutions
- Configure ledgers, chart of accounts, calendars, currencies, and accounting rules
- Manage tax setups, compliance, and statutory reporting (India GST preferred)
- Handle AR processes: billing, receipts, adjustments, and reconciliations
- Support lease accounting as per IFRS 16 / ASC 842
- Assist in period-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations
- Support UAT, data migration, user training, and postโgo-live activities
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant
- Strong hands-on expertise in GL, AR, Tax, and Lease Management
- Good understanding of accounting principles, controls, and compliance
- Experience with India GST and statutory requirements
- Exposure to ERP implementations and support projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion Financials certification
- Consulting background or large enterprise implementation experience
- Immediate or short notice availability
