Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal cum Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, personal, and executive-level support to senior leadership. The role requires excellent coordination, time management, confidentiality, and communication skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective executive functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and documentation on behalf of the executive
- Draft, review, and manage reports, presentations, and official communications
- Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Personal Assistance
- Provide personal support to the executive as required, including managing personal schedules and commitments
- Coordinate personal travel, events, and appointments
- Handle confidential personal matters with utmost discretion
Coordination & Liaison
- Coordinate with departments, vendors, clients, and service providers
- Track tasks, deadlines, and priorities to ensure timely completion
- Assist in planning and execution of events, meetings, and off-site engagements
Office & Process Management
- Monitor task progress, reminders, and priority items for the executive
- Assist in improving administrative workflows within the finance function
Support ad-hoc assignments and special projects as directed by management
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Management, or related field preferred
- 3–7 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant in a finance or corporate environment
- Exposure to audits, compliance, or finance leadership support will be an added advantage
