Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential and existing clients to boost interest in properties, reaching out to prospective clients to encourage them to visit properties, and passing on leads with full client details to the appropriate sales team members for follow-up.

You will also participate in regular training sessions on new projects and pitches, address client doubts and concerns promptly with helpful suggestions, and update and manage lead records in CRM or MIS systems.

Work toward monthly call targets and performance goals, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, basic knowledge of the real estate industry, and a proven track record of success in sales.
