Job description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing sales execution. You will work closely with marketing, finance, and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.

You will be expected to conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.

You will prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals, and oversee the order process from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will also monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and prevent shortages, and coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and efficient product distribution.

You will prepare and submit regular sales reports, including performance metrics and progress towards targets, and analyze sales data to identify patterns and insights that can inform future strategies. You will also ensure all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients or encountered during the sales process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales management principles, market research, customer relationship management, sales presentation, negotiation, inventory management, supply chain coordination, sales reporting, and data analysis. You will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
