Job description

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Business Development Associate to engage with Indian nurses, guiding them about overseas job opportunities in Germany, and promoting our German language training packages.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build trust with healthcare professionals.

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for reaching out to and counseling nurses about employment opportunities in Germany, explaining the benefits of working in Germany, presenting and selling German language training packages, and following up with leads through various channels.

You will also be required to maintain records of prospects, leads, and conversions in CRM tools, achieve monthly sales targets, and contribute to overall business growth.
