We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM technologies, project management, and client engagement.

As a CRM Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design CRM solutions, and oversee the implementation process from start to finish. Your ability to translate business needs into technical solutions will be key to your success in this role.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, IT teams, and end-users.

The successful candidate will have experience with CRM platforms such as Lead Squared and a strong understanding of CRM technologies. You will be responsible for configuring CRM systems, running CRM automations, training end-users, and providing ongoing support.
