Job Title: HR Executive

Experience: 3 – 5 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR Operations and Recruitment. The role requires managing end-to-end HR processes while supporting talent acquisition activities to ensure smooth people operations and timely hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and exit formalities.
  2. Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, and labor laws.
  3. Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS data, and generate MIS reports.
  4. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout.
