Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update customer data.
- Track, follow up, and respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Monitor customer feedback and relay insights to relevant departments.
- Generate reports on customer behaviour, sales performance, and campaign results.
- Support CRM campaigns, including emails, SMS, and loyalty programs.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely communication with clients.
- Be responsible for generating sales through effective customer engagement and follow-ups.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with attention to customer needs.
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
