Make-to-Order (MTO) Buyer Coordinator

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Make-to-Order (MTO) Buyer Coordinator to manage the entire process of fulfilling custom jewellery orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the jewellery industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

As an MTO Buyer Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring timely production, coordination between departments, and delivering orders as per customer specifications. You will work closely with the design and production teams to plan and prioritize manufacturing, track the status of each order through the production pipeline, and maintain communication with external vendors and suppliers.

You will also work with the quality assurance team to ensure high-quality standards, provide regular updates to customers about their order status, and handle customer queries and adjustments to orders. Additionally, you will coordinate packaging and shipment of completed orders, maintain records of custom orders, materials used, production times, and shipping details, and monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient materials are available.
