Regional Visual Merchandiser

Job description

As a Regional Visual Merchandiser at Pepperfry, you will be responsible for provoking footfalls into our Studios and ensuring conversions happen in store through unique, fresh, and relevant on-façade and in-store merchandising. You will work closely with the studio projects team to customize merchandising for each Studio Pepperfry, leveraging the quirks of each property.

You will apply the latest learnings in visual merchandising to transform window shoppers into prospective customers, ensuring all Visual Marketing Ideas are in sync with the quarterly marketing calendar. You will work closely with Brand Managers to understand sales, customer trends, and merchandise replenishment plans, and maintain in-stock levels and collaborate with marketing on seasonal and monthly themes.

You will manage execution partners and build knowledge of materials, collaborate with local entrepreneurs and benefit local communities, and work closely with the Spatial Architecture and Visual Communication Team to deliver In-House Projects. You will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, have excellent communication skills, and be willing to travel and adapt to different cultures across cities.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Pepperfry customer and be able to translate this learning into how brand Pepperfry should be reflected in our Studios. This role requires a strong visual merchandising background, with experience in managing execution partners, building knowledge of materials, and collaborating with local entrepreneurs.
