Job description

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to establish, scale, and lead the distribution channel across defined geographies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in channel creation, dealer/distributor management, and revenue growth in high-value products with ticket sizes ranging from ₹5 Lakhs to ₹10 Lakhs.

The role requires a deep understanding of rural and semi-urban markets, financial acumen, and excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving annual and long-term sales targets through channel-led growth, building and leading a high-performing regional and zonal sales team, and expanding the company's footprint in existing and new geographies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building long-term relationships with key distributors, institutional customers, and resolving channel conflicts.
