We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to establish, scale, and lead the retail channel across defined geographies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in channel creation, retail management, and revenue growth in high-value products with ticket sizes ranging from ₹5 Lakhs to ₹10 Lakhs.
The role requires a deep understanding of rural and semi-urban markets, financial acumen, and excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving annual and long-term sales targets through channel-led growth, building and leading a high-performing regional and zonal sales team, and expanding the company's footprint in existing and new geographies.
The Senior Vice President – Sales (Retail) will be responsible for establishing, scaling, and leading the retail channel across defined geographies. The Senior Vice President – Sales (Retail) will be responsible for driving annual and long-term sales targets through channel-led growth, building and leading a high-performing regional and zonal sales team, and expanding the company's footprint in existing and new geographies.

The successful candidate will be able to develop and execute a pan-India retailer network strategy aligned with business growth plans, identify, onboard, and develop dealers in priority markets, and define channel structure, margins, incentives, and governance models.
The Senior Vice President – Sales (Retail) will also be responsible for establishing SOPs for channel operations, distributor onboarding, performance management, and compliance, and ensuring strong pipeline management and conversion of high-ticket sales.

The Senior Vice President – Sales (Retail) will be responsible for working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and post-sales support, and providing strategic inputs on pricing, product positioning, credit policies, and inventory planning.
The role requires a strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as a deep understanding of the retail channel and its dynamics. The successful candidate will be able to track competition, market trends, and customer insights to refine sales strategy and drive business growth.
The Senior Vice President – Sales (Retail) will be responsible for representing the company at key industry forums, exhibitions, and dealer meets, and building long-term relationships with key distributors, and institutional customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and expand the company's footprint in existing and new geographies.
