Job description

The Production Associate plays a vital role in supporting daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining product quality. This position requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, workplace safety, and effective communication skills.

As a key member of the production team, the Production Associate will work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to achieve daily and monthly production targets.

The ideal candidate will be able to operate and monitor production machinery, perform assembly and packing tasks, and maintain a clean and safe work area.

Responsibilities include:

The Production Associate will work in a fast-paced manufacturing unit, standing for long periods, lifting and moving materials. Shift work and overtime may be required.
