As a Performance Marketing Manager at Par Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You will develop and implement paid media strategies, manage end-to-end campaign execution, and continuously monitor and improve campaign performance to achieve KPIs.

You will work closely with our creative and content teams to align ad messaging and landing page experiences with audience needs. You will also conduct market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and platform changes.
