Job description

Role Summary:

To provide efficient, safe, and reliable transportation of passengers or parcels/goods within designated areas, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with all road and company regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving & Transport: Safely operate the 3-wheeler for passenger transport or goods delivery along planned or assigned routes.
2. Route Management: Efficiently navigate city streets, identifying the quickest and safest routes.
3. Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections (fuel, oil, tires, brakes) and report any issues.
4. Customer Service: Greet passengers/customers, assist with luggage, provide fare estimates, and handle transactions politely.
5. Documentation: Accurately complete delivery challans, log books, or receipts.
6. Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow all traffic laws, maintain a clean driving record, and adhere to company safety protocols.
7. Timeliness: Ensure pickups and drop-offs (or deliveries) are made on schedule.

Requirements:

1. License: Valid commercial 3-wheeler driving license (e.g., DL/Auto Rickshaw permit).
2. Experience: Freshers welcome, or previous driving experience.
3. Skills: Good navigation, basic math, strong communication (local language), patience, and problem-solving.
4. Physical: Physically fit to handle driving and potentially loading/unloading goods.
5. Knowledge: Familiarity with local area, traffic rules, and vehicle operation.
