Job description

Position - Audit -TL Location :- Mumbai

Experience- min 5years from CA firm only

Qualification :- CA/BCom/CA student

Preferable from CA firms & will not take any examination leave if still perusing CA.

Location :- Mumbai

Experience- min 5-8 years from CA firm only

Financial Reporting

1. Finalization of books of accounts of various entities
2. Preparation of Financials statement in compliance with accounting standards.
3. Analyse Financial Statement and Recommendation for improvements required.
4. Financial & Tax Planning for Books closure in compliance with standards.

Audit Planning and Execution

1. Development and Implementation of Audit Plan, Internal audit engagements and ensure timely completion of Reports.
2. Prepare audit reports with detailed findings and recommendations.
3. Identify and report process gaps & deficiency in internal controls.
4. Liaise with management to discuss audit findings and implement corrective actions and follow ups for pending changes.

Inventory & Management Audit

1. Checking/ Preparation of Drawing Power Statement.
2. Preparing Various Managements MIS as required by Clients.
3. Analyze data to identify discrepancies, risks, and areas for improvement.

Regulatory & Compliances Awareness:

1. Stay Updated on Financial Regulations of GST, Income Tax Act.
2. Knowledge of Accounting standards
3. Basic Knowledge of Fema Regulations.
4. Knowledge of Sebi Compliance for Listed co would be an added advantage.

Interpersonal & Technical Skills

1. Able to Communicate and Report to Directors and Partners of various entities
2. Mentoring and development of audit staff.
3. Strong attention to details ,Good Analytical and observational skills.
4. Excel proficiency, Knowledge of Tally & Spectrum (SAP would be an Added advantage)
