We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Account Manager to join our team in our Mumbai (Andheri) office.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for owning day-to-day client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving account growth by building trust through proactive communication and regular in-person client meetings.

You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing timely, accurate updates, resolving queries, and addressing concerns end-to-end. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on relationship-building and customer experience.
