Job description

SILICA is a leading institute providing guidance and coaching for design entrance exams like NID, IIT-CEED, NIFT, NATA / JEE (B.Arch) for admissions to design programs.

As a Center Manager / Asst. Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing center operations, managing teams, and achieving sales targets.

You will be expected to take overall responsibility for center operations targets, manage a team of academic co-ordinators/executives, and achieve strong customer word of mouth.

You will also be responsible for interacting with and motivating faculties, interacting with students and parents, and solving operational problems as and when they arise.

In addition, you will be responsible for taking overall responsibility for center sales targets, achieving conversion and admissions targets, managing a team of counselors/executives, and planning and executing local level marketing activities.

You will also be expected to ensure installments collection is on time and timely reporting to Area Manager.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, analytical abilities, and a passion for customer service and education.

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team management, this role is perfect for individuals who enjoy mentoring and driving results.

The role requires a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the education industry and its challenges.
