Job description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Food division in the Kanpur region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing new markets, and building strong customer relationships.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our customer base, and promoting our product line in the Food division. You will work closely with the sales team and management to develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.

You will also be responsible for overseeing and managing distribution channels to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers. Additionally, you will provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to help the company make informed business decisions.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in the Food division. You will be willing to travel within the assigned territory and have a strong understanding of the local market in Kanpur and surrounding areas.
