Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Customer Interaction: Greet, assist, and provide detailed information about products, features, and pricing.
- Sales Generation: Actively promote products, upsell, cross-sell, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Store Maintenance:
- Ensure the store, shelves, and displays are clean, organized, and fully stocked

- Transactions: Efficiently process payments, returns, and exchanges using POS systems.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and current promotions.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales Aptitude: Proven experience in retail sales, with a focus on negotiation and customer service.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and handle inventory restocking.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS systems and basic math.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is generally required; a degree in marketing or related field is a plus.
