Leverage Edu is a fast-growing Ed-Tech platform dedicated to helping students navigate their higher education journey abroad. We believe in a student-first approach, combining cutting-edge technology with personalized mentorship to transform dreams into reality.

As a Student Success Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding students through their study abroad journey, from shortlisting the right-fit courses to ensuring a seamless enrollment process. You will be the primary point of contact for students, fostering trust and delivering an exceptional experience.

This role requires a deep understanding of university admissions, intake cycles, and eligibility requirements, as well as strong B2C sales and negotiation skills with a student-first mindset. You will be working closely with the Visa team and international offices to ensure timely outcomes after an offer is received.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of students, including onboarding, detailed counseling, and regular follow-ups to ensure success. You will also be expected to establish trusted relationships with students as their dedicated coach for all admission-related guidance.
