Job description

We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter with experience in Finance or NBFC hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of roles such as Sales, Credit, Operations, and Collection, Telecalling, and Backend roles. The candidate should understand finance-sector job profiles and be able to close positions within timelines.

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for coordinating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, conducting telephonic screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining daily MIS and recruitment trackers. The role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure and deliver fast closures.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of finance job profiles, strong follow-up and coordination skills, and MS Excel knowledge. The role is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruitment and wants to work in a fast-growing finance company.
