Senior Full Stack Developer

Job description

Key Responsibilities

1 Lead and mentor developers while maintaining high technical standards.

2 Design and develop scalable applications, frameworks, reusable components, and automation tools.

3 Participate in solution architecture, HLD and LLD discussions, and prepare design documentation.

4 Implement and manage microservices-based architectures.

5 Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.

6 Manage the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

7 Integrate third-party REST and SOAP APIs and external services.

8 Ensure security, performance optimization, and industry compliance.

9 Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product, and Business teams.

10 Lead CI/CD, automation, testing, and monitoring initiatives.

11 Adopt modern technologies and propose efficiency improvements.

12 Promote AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT.

13 Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
