Company: P4b Position Summary The Picker Packer is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for dispatch in a warehouse environment while maintaining safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Pick items from inventory according to order lists or system instructions. • Pack products securely to avoid damage during transportation. • Label packages correctly and prepare shipments for dispatch. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. • Follow safety rules and warehouse operating procedures. • Report damaged or missing items to supervisors. • Meet daily productivity and quality targets. Requirements • Basic reading and writing skills. • Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Willingness to work shifts or overtime if required. • Prior warehouse experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Salary & Benefits Component Amount (Monthly) Base Salary 14,000 Attendance Bonus 1,500 Performance Bonus 1,500 Total Potential Earnings 17,000 Work Location: As per company assignment Shift: Rotational / Day Shift (as applicable)
