The Team Lead will oversee warehouse operations, ensuring smooth daily activities, productivity targets, safety standards compliance, and high-quality order fulfillment. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage a team of warehouse associates effectively.

The Team Lead will be responsible for allocating tasks, monitoring productivity, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures. They will also conduct daily briefings, provide on-the-job training, and coordinate with supervisors and operations managers.
