The Amity University campus in Noida serves as a key hub for student recruitment, and the Admission Counsellor – Inside Sales will play a pivotal role in converting interest into enrolment.

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for thousands of prospective students each month. Your primary mission is to understand each candidate's academic goals, career aspirations and personal circumstances, then match them with the most appropriate undergraduate or postgraduate programmes offered by partner institutions. By delivering clear, accurate information and a personalised experience, you will help prospects navigate the admission journey from initial inquiry to final enrolment.

Typical daily activities include answering inbound calls and chat messages, conducting outbound outreach to qualified leads, and maintaining a detailed log of every interaction in the company’s CRM system. You will use data‑driven scripts to qualify prospects, address objections, and highlight the unique value propositions of each programme. Regular reporting on conversion rates, lead quality and pipeline health will be essential to align with the broader admissions strategy.


Performance will be measured against clear KPIs such as lead conversion percentage, average handling time, student satisfaction scores and monthly enrolment targets. Consistently meeting or exceeding these metrics will not only drive the campus’s growth but also position you for accelerated career progression within UNIVO’s expanding network.

You will work closely with the admissions manager, marketing specialists, and the student success team. This collaborative environment ensures that every prospect receives a cohesive experience—from the first digital touchpoint through onboarding and beyond. Regular team meetings, training sessions and knowledge‑sharing forums will keep you updated on new programmes, policy changes and best practices.

The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated, results‑oriented professional with a passion for education. You should possess a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of sales experience—preferably in the education sector—and be comfortable navigating CRM platforms and online communication tools. Strong verbal and written communication, persuasive negotiation skills, and a genuine desire to help students achieve their academic goals are essential.
