Our organization is expanding its portfolio of pre‑engineered building (PEB) projects across India and is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to drive these initiatives from concept to completion. The role demands a blend of technical acumen, strong leadership, and client‑focused communication. You will be the central point of contact for clients such as L&T, major oil & refinery operators, and metro authorities, ensuring that each project meets stringent quality, safety, and financial benchmarks.

Key duties include developing and maintaining long‑term relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for account expansion, and collaborating closely with internal Project Managers to guarantee smooth project hand‑over. You will interpret detailed project plans, specifications, and requirements, providing contractors with clear guidance on planning, scheduling, and operational execution. Participation in design calls, coordination of design clarifications, and management of change orders are integral to the role.

Procurement and inventory management are critical components. You will oversee material selection, leverage vendor expertise for technical recommendations, and ensure that all steel grades, coatings, and PEB components comply with industry standards. Close interaction with architects and engineers will be required to resolve drawing discrepancies and to produce necessary addendums.

Leadership responsibilities encompass managing on‑site teams of 15 + members, fostering a safety‑first culture, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, EHS, and statutory approvals. You will negotiate contracts with fabricators, erectors, and suppliers, securing favorable terms while maintaining quality. Regular MIS reporting, daily progress updates, and client communications will be prepared and presented in a timely manner.

The position involves handling multiple projects simultaneously across various states, each ranging from 30,000 sq ft to larger complexes. Projects will have values of ₹10 crore or more, with a mix of small‑scale (5 + projects) and large‑scale (2 + projects) engagements. Experience in industrial, logistics, warehouse, metro station, bridge, and other infrastructure sectors is essential.

Technical proficiency is required in AutoCAD, Tekla, MS Project or Primavera, and ERP tools such as SAP. Familiarity with steel grades, coatings, and procurement of PEB materials is expected. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets, mitigating risks related to weather, logistics, and manpower constraints.

Travel is a core aspect of the role; you must be willing to travel between sites and to other office locations as needed. The position offers a competitive salary of ₹60,000‑₹75,000 per month, company‑provided accommodation and meals, and performance‑based ESOPs.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or an associate degree in Construction Management with a preference for a bachelor's), at least seven years of relevant experience, and a proven track record of leading large‑scale PEB projects. Strong English and Hindi communication skills, proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, and the ability to work under pressure are mandatory.
