Borlaug Lifescience is a leading provider of agri-inputs in Africa, and we are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and manage all Human Resources functions across our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both small and large organizations, with proven expertise in policy development, HR operations, and administrative management.

The role is based in Dubai, with travel to African locations as per business requirements. As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. You will oversee end-to-end HR operations, manage HR documentation, compliance, payroll inputs, and employee records.

Additionally, you will lead administrative functions, support HR operations across African locations, and handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes professionally. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive HR matters professionally and discreetly.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in HR operations and administrative management. The role requires the ability to travel to Africa as per business requirements, and the candidate must be currently based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with UAE and relevant African labour laws.
