Team Leader Sales

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

Personal Loans, Business Loans, Loans against Property, Education Loans, Credit Cards, Gold Loans, and more,

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver consistent performance.

• Monitor team KPIs, generate reports, and ensure adherence to compliance and process standards.

• Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing high-value deals.

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and client servicing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in leading a team.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

• Familiarity with DSA channels is a plus and highly preferred.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.

• Excellent communication skills.
