Area Sales Executive

Job description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Area Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and offering customized solutions to meet client needs.

This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets. As an Area Sales Executive, you will be responsible for aggressively identifying and converting new business opportunities through cold calls, field visits, and networking.

You will own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure, conduct impactful product demos and persuasive sales presentations, build and manage a robust pipeline with daily follow-ups, negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close deals fast, achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, maintain accurate reporting and updates in CRM, track competitor movements and capitalize on market opportunities, and work closely with service and internal teams to ensure repeat business.

Our ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of hardcore field sales experience, preferably in the Cleaning Industry, with a proven record of closing deals and beating targets. They will also have strong local market exposure in Maharashtra & Gujarat, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a self-driven, aggressive, and result-oriented mindset.
