Job Summary:
Level Up Hotel And Resort is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall guest satisfaction across hotel rooms and public areas. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, reliable, and experienced in hotel housekeeping standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas
- Change bed linens, towels, and toiletries as per hotel standards
- Ensure rooms are properly stocked with amenities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Follow hotel cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals responsibly
- Assist in laundry duties if required
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and hygiene standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks
- Honest, punctual, and disciplined
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
