Job Title: Picker & Packer – Warehouse Operations

Location: Thane & Andheri, Mumbai

Job Overview

We are hiring Picker-Packers to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves accurate picking, scanning, and packing customer orders within strict dispatch timelines. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pick items from warehouse locations as per system-generated orders
2. Scan products using handheld devices to ensure accuracy
3. Pack items securely according to standard operating procedures
4. Label and prepare packages for dispatch
5. Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
6. Follow safety, hygiene, and warehouse discipline guidelines
7. Report order discrepancies to supervisors

Work Structure

Working Hours: 9 hours per day (including breaks) Working Days: 6 days per week (26 days per month) Shift Type: Mandatoryrotational shifts (weeklyrotation)

Compensation & Benefits

In-Hand BasicSalary: ■14,000 per month Performance Bonus (PB): ■1,500 Attendance Bonus (AB): ■1,500

Total CTC: ■17,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria

1. Minimum education: 10th pass (preferred)
2. Warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage but not mandatory
3. Physically fit for standing and movement-based work
4. Comfortable using barcode scanners or mobile devices
5. Willing to work in rotational shifts
