Our marketing department is expanding and we are looking for a fresh MBA graduate specializing in Marketing to join us as a Marketing Associate. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to translate academic knowledge into practical experience and who thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. You will be based in Aundh, Pune, with the first two months spent at our Koregaon Park office to facilitate comprehensive onboarding and close interaction with senior team members.

In this position, you will support the planning and execution of a variety of marketing initiatives, ranging from digital campaigns to on‑ground promotional activities. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include assisting senior marketers in developing campaign concepts, preparing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content, and ensuring that all assets are delivered on schedule. You will also be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our marketing databases, updating contact information, and tracking interactions within our CRM system to support lead management and customer outreach.

Vendor and supplier coordination is another critical aspect of the role. You will liaise with external partners to procure promotional items, arrange logistics for events, and negotiate timelines to ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards. Your organizational skills will be essential when you assist in the planning and execution of events, webinars, and product launches, handling everything from venue booking to on‑site support.

Administrative support forms the backbone of the marketing function. You will manage routine tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems. Additionally, you will compile and analyze performance data, generating reports that help the team assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data‑driven decisions.

We value candidates who demonstrate strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, as you will regularly interact with internal stakeholders and external partners. Proficiency with basic computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office suite, is required, and familiarity with CRM tools will be advantageous. While no prior professional experience is necessary, a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team are essential for success in this role.
