Sr Position: Assistant Manager - Operations and Maintenance

Location: Baramati, Maharashtra

Experience-9 + Years

Qualifications: Diploma / BE Electrical

Responsibilities:

•Experience in handling Machine shop Maintenance ( Grinding / turning/ Machining center m/c) Preferably in crank shaft / cam shaft/Gear machining / precision machining independently.

•Having good experience in Grinding machine, Turning center, Machining center (HMC/VMC), Induction Hardening, Gantry Maintenance

•Exposure in dealing with Fanuc, Siemens CNC/PLC control system for grinding, turning, milling, Machining center.

•Expert in health checkup of CNC machine.

•Understanding of CNC parameter and will be update in the system.

•Clear understanding on Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance and measuring parameters like MTBF, MTTR and OEE and implement the same.

•Familiar with Capturing Predictive data for various critical machines.

•Good vendor network for repairing PLC/CNC card, drive, PCBs

•Familiar with Gantry maintenance.

•Experience about Induction hardening, heat treatment process

* Assembly drawing needs to understand and configuration of two software/hardware

•Good knowledge of Spindle Repairing

•Ready to do by hand work.
