Our organization is seeking an experienced Overseas Consultant to accelerate the global reach of our cutting‑edge educational technology platform. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our product teams and international education markets, translating complex technical capabilities into tangible learning improvements for schools, universities, and other educational institutions worldwide.

You will begin each engagement by conducting thorough market research, analyzing demographic data, policy environments, and competitive landscapes to uncover opportunities and potential barriers. Your insights will directly shape market entry strategies, product localization decisions, and go‑to‑market plans that align with both business objectives and local educational priorities.

Building and maintaining strong relationships is at the heart of this position. You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders—including school administrators, government officials, non‑governmental organizations, and corporate partners—to understand their unique challenges and demonstrate how our solutions can address them. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will tailor presentations, workshops, and demos to resonate with each audience, ensuring that our value proposition is clear and compelling.

Collaboration with internal teams is essential. You will work closely with sales, product development, and marketing colleagues to co‑create customized solutions, adapt features for regional compliance, and develop targeted messaging. Your feedback will inform product roadmaps, helping our engineers prioritize enhancements that meet the specific needs of each market.

Strategic partnership development is another critical component. You will identify potential allies—such as local technology providers, educational authorities, and curriculum developers—evaluate partnership fit, negotiate terms, and manage ongoing relationships to expand distribution channels and increase market penetration.

Project implementation responsibilities include overseeing the end‑to‑end rollout of our platform at client sites. You will coordinate onboarding activities, configure system settings, deliver training sessions for teachers and administrators, and provide post‑implementation support to ensure smooth adoption and high user satisfaction. Your ability to troubleshoot issues, adapt to cultural nuances, and navigate regulatory requirements will be vital to delivering successful outcomes.

Throughout the engagement, you will maintain rigorous reporting standards. Regular updates to senior leadership will cover progress against milestones, market performance metrics, client feedback, and any emerging risks. You will also synthesize client insights into actionable recommendations that drive continuous improvement of our solutions and service delivery models.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in education, business, international relations, or a related discipline, with a master’s degree or EdTech certifications considered a plus. You bring at least two years of consulting, business development, or project management experience within the education or technology sectors, and you have a proven track record of working with international clients across regions such as Europe, Asia, Latin America, or the Middle East. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.

Success in this role demands exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities, combined with a deep understanding of global educational trends and digital learning tools. You must be comfortable working remotely, managing multiple time zones, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
