JOB DESCRIPTIONS
FUNCTION: PRODUCTION
ROLE: EXECUTIVE PRODUCTION
QUALIFICATION:
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or food science, Production Management will be preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in FMCG Food Industry.
2. Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
3. Demonstrated track record of managing complex production systems, large work force, driving operational excellence & achieving the production targets.
4. Experience of controlling Over all Equipment Efficiency (OEE), production costs is essential.
5. Exposure to & experience in following one or more Food Safety Standard requirements viz. ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS or AIB is essential.
6. Proficiency in computer software applications such as ERP systems, MS Office Suite, and manufacturing software is preferable.
7. Excellent communication both oral & verbal in Hindi & English, good interpersonal relationship with peers, juniors & seniors is essential.
8. Leadership quality, ability to work in team and to maintaining positivity is a must.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production Leadership:
1. Prepare and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and minimizing costs.
2. Monitor production processes and identify productivity, quality, and safety improvement opportunities.
3. Understand the needs and expectations of internal customers. 4. Collaboration with stores and PPIC function for smooth supply of raw materials & packing materials & consumable etc. to production lines. 5. Assist in budgeting and monitoring operational expenses within the budget. 6. Implement “5S” on the shopfloor area. 7. Ensure Total Productive Maintenance on shopfloor machinery with the help of maintenance.
Quality Assurance:
1. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
2. To uphold product quality and consistency.
3. In collaboration with the QC-QA team, conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any quality issues or non-conformities.
