(Mechanical) 6.0 Experience Required 10+ Year of Experience in Quality 7.0 Skills required for position 8.0 Training to be availed for the position  Communication Skill  Knowledge of Specification / Code / Other client Requirements  ASNT SNT TC-1A Level-II in PT, RT, UT and MP  Technical Delivery condition as per Project Material  Knowledge of ERP system  QC Process & Final Inspection  Preparation, Review and approval of ITP  Preparation, Review and approval of NDE / Examination Procedure  DE & NDE Examination  Handling of Client / TPIA / Vendor  Review of laboratory, Vendor Documents & acceptance of Compliance  Instrument Calibration  Negotiation Skill  Follow-Up Leadership  Leadership Development 9.0 Responsibilities :  Monitoring, Administration and Implementation of the Quality Control System. Preparation, Revision, Approval, Distribution and Control of QCM. Page 2 of 2  Reviewing Customer requirements, P.O., Specification and ensuring for fulfillment.  Ensure Reduction in customer complain & Prompt resolution when required.  Certification of PQR, WPQ, Approval of Quality Assurance Plan.  Certification of NDE level I & II personnel.  Approval of Work-related Procedures & their revisions when required.  Identifying Problems Related to Quality & to initiate, recommend & Provide solutions.  Evaluating All Non-conformities & implementing remedial actions.  Assigning NB Number, Certifying MDR & MPDR & its Registration with NB.  QA/QC Audit, Quality Certification Audit, Customer Audit  Develop of PR with Client and TPIA  Performance Measurement of Team.  Training Need Analysis for quality team.  To Maintaining the safe environment at workplace 10.0 Authorities: 11.0 Accountability: 12.0 Alternate Person: Who will look after his Responsibility / Authority: Sr. Quality Engineer Employee Name:________________ Emp Code No.:_________D.O.J.:___________________
