Leverage Edu, a leading education consultancy focused on overseas study opportunities, is expanding its Business Development team in Noida. We are looking for an enthusiastic MBBS Counsellor who will act as the primary point of contact for students aspiring to pursue medical degrees abroad. This role blends advisory expertise with sales acumen, requiring you to guide candidates through every stage of their journey while meeting aggressive enrollment targets.

The successful candidate will own a portfolio of prospective students, conducting comprehensive counseling sessions that assess academic backgrounds, career goals, and personal preferences. You will develop tailored study plans that align with each student's aspirations, recommending suitable universities, countries, and programs based on eligibility criteria, exam requirements such as NEET and IELTS, and financial considerations.

Building trust is central to this position. You will nurture relationships with both students and their parents, providing continuous support through regular check‑ins, progress updates, and problem‑solving. Your ability to communicate complex admission processes in clear, persuasive language will help alleviate concerns and keep candidates engaged throughout the lengthy application cycle.

Coordination with internal teams is a daily responsibility. You will work closely with the admissions, visa, documentation, and university relations departments to ensure that every application is complete, submitted on time, and free of bottlenecks. Monitoring each case’s status, flagging issues early, and facilitating swift resolutions will be essential to maintaining high conversion rates.

In addition to advisory duties, you will execute proactive outreach strategies to generate new leads. This includes attending education fairs, conducting webinars, leveraging digital marketing channels, and following up on inbound inquiries. You will set and achieve monthly intake targets, using data‑driven insights to refine your approach and improve performance.

To succeed, you must possess a solid understanding of global MBBS curricula, accreditation standards, and the nuances of medical licensing in various jurisdictions. Familiarity with NEET scoring, IELTS band requirements, and scholarship opportunities will enable you to provide accurate, actionable advice.

Strong sales and negotiation skills are required to convert interest into enrollment. You will prepare compelling presentations, develop persuasive proposals, and handle objections with confidence. Excellent research abilities will allow you to stay updated on changing admission policies, visa regulations, and emerging university partnerships.

The role demands high levels of organization and multitasking. You will juggle multiple student cases simultaneously, manage documentation pipelines, and meet strict deadlines without compromising service quality. Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office will support efficient workflow management.
