We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager – DD to join our dynamic team at Leela Fincare. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IPO/FPO processes, regulatory compliance, and intermediary coordination.

The role requires excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a Senior Manager – DD, you will be responsible for preparing draft offer documents, right issue documents, and exchange submissions, as well as drafting responses to exchange queries and due diligence reports.

You will also provide M&A support, including IM preparation, due diligence, and listing approvals.
