Job description

CHINT India Energy Solution Private Limited is the Indian subsidiary of CHINT Solar, a division of the world‑renowned CHINT Group. With a presence in over 140 countries and a product portfolio that spans low‑voltage switchgear, transformers, smart meters, and complete solar solutions, the company is a key player in the global renewable energy market. The Bangalore office supports a wide range of activities, from manufacturing to large‑scale EPC projects, and now seeks a diligent Accounts Executive to strengthen its finance operations.

The Accounts Executive will be the primary point of contact for all vendor‑related financial transactions. This includes receiving invoices from suppliers, verifying that each invoice aligns with the corresponding purchase order and delivery documentation, and ensuring that payments are processed accurately and on schedule. The role demands a meticulous approach to data entry, a solid understanding of statutory tax obligations, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

Key duties involve maintaining the accounts payable ledger, reconciling vendor statements, and preparing detailed reports for month‑end closing. The incumbent will also be responsible for handling vendor inquiries, investigating discrepancies, and providing timely resolutions. Coordination with the Procurement and Stores departments is essential to secure proper approvals before any payment is released.

Success in this role requires a solid foundation in accounting principles, particularly in accounts payable, as well as proficiency with accounting software such as Tally or QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting. The candidate must demonstrate a strong grasp of Indian tax laws, especially TDS and GST, and be comfortable navigating the compliance landscape.

Beyond technical competence, the position calls for excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The Accounts Executive will regularly interact with vendors, negotiate payment terms, and liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve issues. A proactive attitude, coupled with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines, is essential.

Joining CHINT India Energy Solution offers exposure to a dynamic, fast‑growing sector and the chance to work within a multinational organization that values innovation, quality, and sustainability. The finance team operates in a collaborative environment, encouraging continuous learning and professional development. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of the organization while supporting its mission to deliver reliable solar and electrical solutions worldwide.
