We are seeking an experienced Rotogravure Printing Operations Manager to oversee the operation of our MLS and ELS Rotogravure printing machines. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production processes while meeting quality standards.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical knowledge of Rotogravure printing machines and processes, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

The Rotogravure Printing Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising the operation of MLS and ELS Rotogravure printing machines during assigned shifts. This will involve ensuring that all shifts are properly staffed and that operations are running efficiently and safely.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for each shift, including machine settings, production metrics, material consumption, and any issues or downtime that may occur during the printing process.

Additionally, the Rotogravure Printing Operations Manager will be responsible for performing regular checks on printed materials to ensure they meet company and client specifications. This will involve taking corrective actions when quality issues arise, including adjusting machine settings or recalibrating the press.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge of Rotogravure printing machines and processes, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. They will also be proficient in troubleshooting, quality control, and maintaining production records.
