Our night‑shift team plays a critical role in delivering uninterrupted service, ensuring that pest issues are addressed when they are most active and when customers are least disrupted. As a Night‑Shift Pest Control Technician, you will be the frontline representative of our brand, responsible for delivering high‑quality, safe, and effective treatments across Pune.

The typical workday begins in the early evening, when you will receive a schedule outlining the sites to be visited. Each assignment requires you to travel to the location, conduct a thorough inspection, and determine the most appropriate control measures. You will need to identify signs of infestation, assess the extent of the problem, and select chemicals or mechanical solutions that comply with both company standards and local regulations.

Application of treatments is performed using handheld sprayers, bait stations, and traps. You must set up and operate this equipment safely, wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks, and goggles. Proper handling of pesticides is non‑negotiable; you will follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that cover dosage, application techniques, and post‑treatment safety checks. After each service, you will complete a service report that captures the nature of the infestation, the products used, and any recommendations for the client.

Physical fitness is essential, as the role involves lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and navigating varied terrain. You will also be expected to work independently during night hours, which requires strong self‑discipline, reliable time management, and the ability to stay alert and focused.

Safety is at the core of everything we do. Pest Shield provides comprehensive training on chemical safety, equipment handling, and emergency response. You will be equipped with uniforms, PPE, and a company‑provided two‑wheeler for efficient travel between sites.
